Return Policy
Thank you for choosing our products. Please read the following return terms carefully. By submitting a return request, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Custom-color items (including those made to your specific color code, dyeing requirements, or personalized color preferences) are NOT eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect (subject to our verification).

Non-customized items may be returned within 15 days of receipt (adjust the timeframe as per your actual policy).

2. Return Process
Contact our customer service with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

After approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our warehouse return address.

Arrange shipment to the designated address by your own carrier.

3. Return Shipping & Labels
We do not provide free return labels and will not cover any return shipping costs.

Regardless of the return reason (including size mismatch, color perception differences, change of mind, etc.), all return freight charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt.

4. Tracking Number Requirement
You must provide us with a valid tracking number and the carrier name after shipping the return, so we can monitor the package.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns if no tracking number is supplied.

5. Refund Processing
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it within 5–7 business days.

If the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees, customs duties, or other charges).

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method; actual credit time depends on your payment provider.

6. International Returns
For cross-border returns, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, clearance fees, and import taxes.
